本《服務條款》適用於您使用 AI Grader Pro 官方網站，以及購買、下載或使用 AI Grader Pro 軟體（下稱「本軟體」）。AI Grader Pro 為 BridgeAIWorks 旗下產品。
2. 授權與使用
您購買或取得的是本軟體之使用授權（license），非所有權轉讓。授權細節以本軟體內附之 EULA 為準。
3. 付款與金流
付款可能由第三方金流或 merchant-of-record 服務處理，例如 Lemon Squeezy。退款、稅務與爭議處理依購買當下所使用之付款服務商政策辦理。
4. 退款
退款條件以本網站《退款政策》及付款服務商政策為準。
5. AI 輸出與教師責任
AI 輔助之評分、評語與報告可能有誤，僅供輔助。使用者應自行複核，並對最終教學、評分與報告決定負責。
6. 禁止行為
- 不得逆向工程、破解或繞過授權檢查。
- 不得轉售、出租或未經授權散布本軟體與授權金鑰。
7. 免責與責任限制
在法律允許範圍內，本軟體以「現況」提供；BridgeAIWorks 不對間接或衍生損害負責。
8. 條款變更
本條款得不定期更新，更新後於網站公布。
9. 準據法
本條款以中華民國（臺灣）法律為準據法。

These Terms govern access to the AI Grader Pro website and the purchase, download, or use of AI Grader Pro software (the “Software”). AI Grader Pro is a BridgeAIWorks product.
2. License
The Software is licensed, not sold. License terms are governed by the EULA included with the Software.
3. Payments
Payments may be processed by authorized third-party payment or merchant-of-record services, including Lemon Squeezy. Refunds, taxes, and payment disputes are governed by the provider used at purchase.
4. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy on this website and the applicable payment provider’s policies.
5. AI Output and Educator Responsibility
AI-assisted grading, feedback, and reports may contain errors. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs and making final grading, teaching, and reporting decisions.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- No reverse engineering, circumvention, or tampering with licensing checks.
- No resale, rental, sublicensing, or unauthorized distribution of the Software or license keys.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software is provided “AS IS.” BridgeAIWorks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time by posting a revised version on the website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China).
